The doors system duly tested from National Laboratories for the STC (Sound Transmission Coefficient) rating of door shutter will be 42 STC. The airborne sound as per IS-9901 (Part III) – 1981, DIN 52210 part IV-1984, ISO: 140 (Part III) 1995. Also as per the ASTM -E 90-09 & ASTM E-413-04 sound transmission test to achieve the required integrity and insulation.
Door Frame: Providing of MS CRCA 1.2 mm thick plain sheet with double rebate frame of section 143 mm x 57 mm with 120 Micron powder coating. Frame has fitted by 8 nos. of MS 10 X 125 HRD Faster to RCC. The frame to be provided with 3 mm thick base plate and duly reinforced; pre-machined for receiving hardware & Hinges arrangement.
Door Shutter: 46 mm thick Acoustic Solution Shutter as per ASTM
E 413-04. The OITC (Outdoor-Indoor Transmission Class) was calculated in accordance with ASTM E 1332-90 (RE-approved 2003). comprising of Door Shutter shall be made of MS CRCA 1.2 mm pressed formed to provide fully flush double skin door shell with lock seam joints at style edges or as per manufactures specifications.
The internal construction of the door shutter’s to be ADHESIVE with rook wool, density 96 Kg/m3 will be provide to reduce noise with PU Cyanoacrylate and Acrylic Thermosetting Adhesives insulation material to be provided for structural rigidity and specially designed with suitable internal reinforcement.
