Frame: Our shaft door frames are constructed in a 50 mm × 70 mm single rebate profile with MS fastener holes for simple wall mounting. They are made from premium CR (cold rolled) 18-gauge steel.
Shutter (Leaf): For added strength, the shutter is reinforced with steel stiles on all four sides and is made of 18-gauge CR steel that is 20 mm thick. It has cutouts for cable access or louvers that measure about 20 mm by 100 mm.
